Privacy policy
Information we collect
The contact form submits the following fields to our contact-form backend when you send it: full name, e-mail, company, phone (optional), service of interest (optional), project summary, desired timeframe (optional), and your consent checkbox. If JavaScript is unavailable, the form falls back to opening your own email client instead, and nothing is submitted to us directly.
The backend also records a small amount of technical metadata for every submission attempt (an internal request ID, whether optional fields were filled in, and why a submission was rejected, if it was) to operate spam and abuse protections. It does not log the content of your name, email, or message by default.
Submissions are also checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection challenge, before being processed. See the "Service providers" section below.
Purpose
Information submitted through the contact form, however it reaches us, is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, sold, or shared with any party except the email-delivery provider described below.
Retention
The contact-form backend does not persist submissions in a database: each message is forwarded once, by email, to our configured recipient address and then discarded by the backend itself. The technical metadata described above may be retained in operational logs for a short period to investigate abuse, and never contains your message content.
Safeguards
The site is served over HTTPS. Security header and access-control details are documented as they are implemented (see the project's public security policy).
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard request metadata (such as IP address) as part of delivering the site; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
The contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser signals to issue this check; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
Submitted messages are forwarded by email using our configured email-delivery provider (currently a development mock while a production provider is being evaluated, per the project's public delivery plan).
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Cloudflare, our host. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies or use other client-side storage, and it does not use any client-side state to track visitors across sites. It reports only aggregate information, such as page views and page-load performance timings, and does not identify individual visitors. No other analytics or tracking scripts are used on this site.
Separately from analytics, Cloudflare processes standard request metadata (such as IP address, user agent, and request path) for every visitor as part of hosting and delivering this site; see "Service providers" above.
Cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics, described above, is cookieless and sets no cookies. This site itself sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare, as the platform that hosts and delivers this site, may set a small number of strictly necessary security cookies (for example, as part of bot management or challenge clearance) to protect the site from abuse.
Cloudflare Turnstile, used on the contact form to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse, may also set a cookie or use similar client-side storage as part of running its challenge.
